TRADING CONDITIONS

By making a booking you agree that all vehicles booked are the length specified and in-gauge as per our information sheet. Misdeclaration of length, width or weight may result in additional charges being raised, and may result in vehicles not being permitted to travel upon arrival at port. Freight Link Solutions Limited reserve the right to charge fees for amendments, cancellations or vehicles which do not turn up ("No-shows").

By making a booking with Freight Link Solutions Limited you acknowledge that you do not hold an account with the ferry operator(s) concerned.

All business is transacted in accordance with BIFA 2005 Standard Trading Conditions, a copy of which can be downloaded by clicking the link below.

Occasionally we hire other companies to provide services on our behalf, for example emailing or mailing information to our customers. We only provide those companies with the personal details relating to our clients which they require in order to carry out such mailings.

We would also like to store and use your personal details for future marketing purposes (for example, to send you a brochure or details of a promotion (including by email)).
